Business Process Analysis and Modelling

Evaluating and documenting current processes often results in an „Aha“ moment. Often this is done as preparation for defining new processes or using new software and it is fascinating how people start to think about the work they have already been doing for years.

This way current processes can be optimized, trimmed and made more efficient. Of course this is a very sensitive area. Experience shows that external consultants, people who come from outside your common structure and hierarchy, who think outside the company’s box, who moderate this process and ask “stupid” questions, can be very effective in opening eyes, broadening views and getting your process world efficiently documented and/or designed.

Workshops with relevant key players result in documented processes – preferably “epc” done with ARIS or according to your preferences. All can be summarized in a process handbook.
