Within last years project contracts we coached within project situations. Now we offer project coaching as well as personal coaching separated from any project contract arrangements. This offer comes in two flavours:

Project Management Coaching

… for your internal project managers. This can be done within few hours for defined time frames. Instead of hiring external project managers, for whom you might not have budget right now make your internal project managers to well performing project management professionals.

Goals are being defined with the principal as well as with the coachee. Although main objective of this coaching is about the coachee in the role of a project manager and things related to that – elements of personal coaching can evolve and are being handled with it.

Personal Coaching

… is related to the forthcoming, goals and current situation of an individual – focussing on the person: current challenges, carreer  and personal wants, getting from “A” to “B” – including defining both destinations.

For both coaching models: Project Management Coaching as well as Personal Coaching – packages are being agreed (about 8-10 sessions per package).

All coaching sessions can be done by phone. The process can include assignments for the coachee and reporting on that outside coaching sessions as well as “hotwire” agreements = permission to call in between sessions.

All subjects and issues bespoken with the coachee are confidential and not being opened up to a 3^rd party (including direct management). To principals/management general statements on progress and final outcome can be made.
