17 years in projects, 13 years as independent consultant – Kathrin Held supported a number of companies in a variety of projects.

Coming from a strong IT background in the early 90s (Unix systems of different flavours connected to Windows and Novell environments) she used her communication and organizational skills and developed her leading and interpersonal skills, which lead in team leads and project management positions very soon.

Pharma, banking, public services (police), tobacco industriy, steel industry, internet business and self growth industry were last year’s project and consulting environments.

Besides corporate project arrangements own projects are nearly always going and personal coaching for small business owners as well as other individuals are being provided.

Privately Kathrin is very into nature, the art of life and painting.
