Operative Project Management

For years we help our customers to manage business projects of different sizes and we still provide this service for selected projects. This can be done fulltime or part time – as you need and fits into both side’s overall schedule.

We use PRINCE2 running our and our customers’ projects. PRINCE2 has proven its best practice approach in the project world with clear definitions, roles and responsibilities, a defined project process to go through and a quality process. We use it because it works!

Project Health Check / Audit / Review

There are projects which run and run (and not really RUN) – you know that there is “something wrong”, but you can not really judge and grasp what it is. Best practice offers a structured Project Healthcheck, which can be done within a few days including summary and you know what’s up there. Even if you call it audit – depending on your wants it can all be handled in a “recommendation mode” – so that no one really loses his/her face. It’s also a good way to check/proof the implementation of your companies standard project procedures.

Project Workshops

Whether for evaluations, to develop first project documents, project reviews – there is a variety of situations, in which it can make sense to have workshops done by a 3^rd party or by someone else who was not involved so far.
